Recently, our company, Guangdong Nanfan Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., won a full victory in a lawsuit against Zhejiang LvXbao Recycled Resources Utilization Co., Ltd. regarding infringement of design patent rights. The case was adjudicated by the Intermediate People's Court of Huangshi City, Hubei Province, under Civil Judgment No. (2025) E 02 Zhi Min Chu 12.

Our independently developed smart kitchen waste processor (GP-011), patent number: ZL202230343385.7, has received widespread market recognition due to its innovative design and stable performance. Zhejiang LvXbao Recycled Resources Utilization Co., Ltd. reproduced and sold equipment highly similar to our patented product without authorization, seriously infringing upon our legitimate rights and interests.

After trial, the court made the following legal judgment:

- Zhejiang LvXbao Recycled Resources Utilization Co., Ltd. is ordered to immediately cease manufacturing and selling products that infringe upon our design patent rights; - Within ten days from the effective date of the judgment, the company is ordered to compensate us for economic losses and reasonable legal costs totaling XXXXX yuan.
