Intelligent Kitchen Waste Decomposition Composting Machine, specifically designed for catering outlets, canteens of enterprises and institutions, military cafeterias, hotel clubs, food courts, and floating restaurants. It features solid-liquid separation and dehydration functions, with a high grease purity exceeding 95%. The separated wastewater meets relevant standards and can be discharged directly. The machine also has a microbial high-temperature fermentation and drying function. After dehydration, the solid material remains in the fermentation chamber, where the equipment continuously stirs and automatically dispenses specialized microbial strains. Relying on microbial metabolism-generated heat combined with auxiliary heating, fermentation continues for 8 hours. The initial moisture content of the raw material is 85%; after multiple rounds of microbial spraying, fermentation, and drying treatment, the moisture content of the output is reduced to about 20%. A single input of 32 kilograms of kitchen waste produces only 3.5 kilograms of dry material, achieving an overall waste reduction rate of up to 90%.
